How does the Price Guarantee work?

Toronto Motorsports will Guarantee your purchase price for 15 days from the date printed on your receipt, by crediting the difference. In addition, Toronto Motorsports will match the price of any of our products that you find advertised elsewhere in North America and credit an additional 5%* to your account. Whether in a catalogue, at a shop or boutique and anywhere on the Internet, we’ll match all and take an additional 5% OFF your purchase price. This includes items for sale at a “Buy It Now price” on eBay, so if you find any item on the Internet cheaper, we’ll match the price and give an additional 5% credit. If your local Diecast or Memorabilia store is selling the same item cheaper than us, we’ll match their price too. These advertised items must be in stock and available now to qualify for a price match and additional 5% credit. *excludes the use of on-line or store issued coupons

Are there any items that are not eligible for the Price Guarantee?

All of our inventory qualifies for the Price Guarantee, however we will not guarantee against items sold via auction or retailers selling items that are for pre-order or back-ordered, display models or non-new/damaged etc… Advertisements must be posted from sites located within North America. Obviously, the item(s) in question must be exactly the same.

I’ve found an item at a lower price elsewhere, how do I get it matched?

Already Purchased Item from Toronto Motorsports

If within 15 days you have found a product at a lower price and would like us to match it, all you need to do is provide us with details of the product such as a web site’s url listing or the company’s name and address, and then we can match the price. Include this information in form of an email along with your name and order number (located on the top right corner of your printed invoice). We will place a credit for the difference as well as an extra 5% on account for you to use at anytime.

Placing a New Order with Toronto Motorsports

If you wish for us to match a price while placing a new order, just submit your order on-line and then in the comment section type “Price Match plus 5%” and the amount seen elsewhere as well as the web site url of the item(s) in question. We will manually change your purchase price to reflect the Price Match plus 5%. Simple!

Placing a Pre-Order/Future Release with Toronto Motorsports

Toronto Motorsports will Guarantee Price on all Pre-Orders/Placed on-line with a valid credit card. If a circumstance arises that is beyond our control, preventing us from honouring the original price (ie. unforseen Manufacturer changes), Toronto Motorsports reserves the right to offer an alternate price lower than our lowest listed price or credit your account 10% of the original purchase price. To match a price seen elsewhere, both items must be in stock and available at both locations.

Currency Exchange

When price matching in a foreign currency, currency exchange rates will be based on TD Canada Trust’s “Client Buy Rates” on the day of us price matching.

Anything else I should know?

We will not price match postage and packaging charges from other Retailers and Internet sites. If you have already purchased an item from us, we will still match a cheaper price for up to 15 days after the sale and credit your Toronto Motorsports account with the difference. Our Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (coupons, Black Friday, Boxing Week, Year-end Clearance, Member Pricing, Manufacturer/Distributor offers, etc.).
